New Member from Alaska Hello all,
New member looking to learn. My son and I are starting our first LS swap into my new to me 1939 Olds Series 60, 2 door sedan. I decided to do the swap as the old 350/th350 is tired and needs a complete rebuild. Instead I purchased a 2006 6.0l LQ4 out of a Yukon with 89k miles on it that runs strong. I plan to put a 4L80e behind the LQ4. So now its time to learn the ins and outs of LS swapping. In my search for information I found LS1Tech and found the information to be very educational and useful. I have always wanted to build a Street rod to tour, so having just turned 63 decided its time to get to it. What could be more fun than building the car with my son, then taking it to events like the HR Power Tour when its done. Looking forward to the journey and learning from those who have been down the road already. So here we go!
