Hey everyone, this is Nate a new member as of yesterday. I found this forum searching around for information on my latest daunting project...putting a 5.3 LS out of a Chevy truck into a 1988 Nissan 300ZX roller I bought...and all hopefully in time to take it on a 3,000 mile journey, following my son in his '69 Mustang on the Hot Rod Power Tour. No biggie...lol!

Anyway, looking forward to participating and learning from all the experts here. Going to need a lot of technical info, gotchas to avoid, and general moral support to get this done.

Step 1 - pull the motor, electronics, and other doo-dads out of the junk truck sitting in my driveway. Going to pick up the car tonight, so need to clear space as soon as possible. Wish me luck!
