About a year ago, I bought an 02 C5 and joined a Vette forum. I find myself browsing this site for info more than the others. I figured it was time I became a member. I enjoy wrenching on my own cars and that community isn’t very DIY knowledgeable.
Since I bought the car, I have installed an RPM level5 4l60e transmission, 3200 vigilante converter 390 gear new wheels, suspension among other things.
It’s a high mileage car and I’ve had to fix 21 years and 10 previous owners crap. A few weeks ago I picked up a ls1 core to rebuild with CNC 5.3 heads long tubes, cam, and a V3 ti A&A kit. After the block is honed I’ll be doing all the assembly etc.
I know there’s a lot of Camaro guys here but I think my car is gonna fit in just fine
