returning after a long break
finished my hotrod build in 2021 after taking 10years to build it. I have an 04 ls1 from a gto. all has been great until the power steering pump leaked all over my alternator. ruined it. now 3 alternator later it's not charging. 3rd on is new not remanufactured. 2 wire connector,excite (brown) wire has 12.3v. resistor meters at 469 ohms. white has 12.5v at key on position. red wire shows no volts to the starter/battery when running. everything was great at 14v before the ps pump leak. not sure what gives...
