new guy from Houston new to this forum. My name is Kris and I drive a 2002 GMC sierra RCSB with a welded rollpan, denali wheels with toyo proxess 275/60 17's, I have a billet grille, cleared out headlights, clear markers, xenon bulbs, most recent upgrade was escalade gauges.
I have the 5.3l engine with 4l60e auto 3.73 locking rear dif, heavy duty trailering suspension with tranny cooler. only mods are flowmaster delta 40 exiting before the back tire(dual) and a drop in k&n filter.
All my money has been going to my other toy. My jetboat. It is a 1976 19' Omega Bubble Jet with a 460 FORD that puts out around 475 hp according to the pump charts. anyhow I have the boat about where I want it now it is time to start playing with the truck. It is my daily driver so i need to keep it streetable and with gas prices being high economy is a factor also.
I attached a photo of my hole in the water to throw money into. errrr I mean jetboat so if any Houston folks see me towing it behind a dark metallic green
Tahoe feel free to say hi. I also included a pic of my truck. It looks like a lot of good knowledge on here. I look forward to learning much.

thanks for the warm welcome. I have always been a chevy man but I got to say, that big block FORD in my boat has been absolutely bullet proof. 4 full seasons of having the crap run out of it and still running strong. I bought the boat with intentions of swapping to a Big Block Chevy once I killed the FORD. I guess I am still trying.
