eric 69 nova hi my name is eric and i've got a 69 nova i'm rebuilding use to have a 4th gen camaro but sold because i needed the $$$$$. Dont know what size cam I should go with for my nova A 550 lift or a 6oo lift

what motor you got? (stock or not?)
some info would help in picking a cam....
and lift is only one of MANY things to consider.
lift, duration, lifter type, lsa, ramp angle, lobe type, split of duration , lope events. ect ect ect.....
if you dont know much about cams then call comp up and tell them everything you know about your set up and what your goals are...
they have cam experts that can guide you to your goals
what motor you got? (stock or not?)
some info would help in picking a cam....
and lift is only one of MANY things to consider.
