New to LS1 tech

I just got my new camaro a couple weeks ago and a good friend of mine highly recommended this site. I did some looking around on here and am really impressed. I will have plenty of questions in the future. I can't wait for the modding to begin..

The car has 80k on the clock but mostly highway miles and I just couldn't pass this deal up. I have been wanting to own an LS1 ever since I saw the amazing power they make at the track. I already took my car to the track and was amazed at the 13.23 timeslip the first pass. I'm already wanting more... Well sorry bout the length but I am just so happy with my purchase.

i have read most of jrp's stickies and i am only 17 but used to drive a 89 rs and my daily driver is a 93 pontiac sunbird

Welcome! I used to drive an '88 Camaro (no fancy model name). It was the precursor to the RS in '89. I've learned so much here myself, and I hope you're able to do the same.
