New guy here with a 2002 SOM SS I kept my username from other boards I'm on-mainly cz28.com. Anyways, I got my new car in mid-October and I'm loving it. I've heard lots of good things about this board so I thought I would join. Just wanted to say hey

so thats the car thats in the SLP cataloge. KOOL. Ur moto r right now has h/c or was that the other motor. Love ur car man. And what happened to the cage and stuff that should be in it correct?

Thanks for the comments on my car. Yeah, this was used in the SLP 2003 parts catalog (the 4th picture on page 4-first of the "launch" pics). If you look at page 3 you will see a list of the mods currently on the car. But my car now has heads/cam, he took the cage out when he put this engine in the car. His other engine I believe also had heads/cam but also had nitrous and other things so it was quite a bit faster-he took that engine out and wanted it to be a daily driver and put this engine in it and took the cage out-then sold the car so he could get a C5 vette to twin turbo and they also are getting a C6.
