New guy getting some info Hey everyone just signing on to get some info and mull over some thoughts. Currently I own a 2002 Mustang GT stock except for catback and full stereo. I determined she is just too slow of a platform to start on. So it's time to sell her and I need to test drive and learn about C5's. It's between an 03/04 Cobra and C5.
Just finished my last final, now 4 months to spend in thailand for a final fun semester and then I will decide come may. I hope to learn a lot about the LS1 and the C5, though I don't think it will make it an easier decision. (unless I can find a cheap low milage removable glasstop manual fairwaygreen C5, I found one in auto....)

Go with the C5 if you want the handling, but I would get the cobra, they are just way to easy to mod. With pullies, intake, and exhaust you can get around 440 hp to the wheels. Iam most likely going to be getting a 03 cobra in a year or so. Thats just my opinion - go with the one you like the most.
