Howdy! New to LS1Tech here
New to the site here, read some of the posts as a lurker, and saw that there was alot of good information, and wise folks on here, so I thought, what the heck, join and mabee contribute something, and learn a whole lot.
What ive got:
02 Pont. TransAm WS6 July prod. car (LS6 block, dull casting)
no... I have not had a chance to pull the serial numbers yet.
Black on Black, Auto, T's, Ram Air hood, and numbers to match.
This one was supposed to be my Dad and my car..but he passed, now it sits more than it drives. I still have a ton of fun with it, and put the stock GTO's and other pony cars in their place (Sorry guys..lol ).
99 GMC Sierra 5.3L 1/2 ton "Shorty" 4X4
Ran it at Stanton MI, my very first time on the track...
Ran a 16.4 in the 1/4 mile on total stock trim, and BFG tall AT's. No Mods.
Looking to do minor performance mods - possibly cam. Daily Driver, but with a bit more power under the hood.
#862 Heads - so I believe they are 61CC chaimbers...according to a thread I read on here
- if im incorrect on the CC's..please let me know. This weekend (hopefully) putting in my B&M TransPack to help fix the mushy, goofy shift that the dealership "could not duplicate".
And...the final one, ive been keeping around...
90 Pont. Bonneville LE
231 3.8L Vin C 3800 Series I
In my opinion, much better than the series II as far as durability goes.
After my experience with the shortfalls, GM screwups, and Dealer Foobers of the 3800 II, I'd never trade my 270,000 mile Series 1.
Top Speed - about 115mph, smokes the competition - literally (oil leak LOL)
ZERO breakdowns, ZERO stranded over its life.
It's time for a refresh, Looking for Cam's and Pistons for it...so if you know on whos good, whats good, please hit me up.

Yea...he was very proud of what it could do. Woodward Ave 2003, he was just glowing. I never got backhanded so many times in my life for toasting brand new tires LOL.
It's only got 2K miles, need to do internal stuff, to keep stock appearance.
I need to identify the cam in this motor - compared to a 2003 Vette - its got alot more lope to it. Has dealership scratching their heads.
I'm anxious, and happy to be a part here.
