New Guy Just like to say hello to everyone out there. I have been a chevy man for years and am now building a bbc 496 to put in my 63 impala. should be completely finished by sept. paint , engine and drivetrain.There sure has been alot of new developments in engine building since I raced my 427 bbc firebird(68). I have the shortblock finished and the drivetrain. I am now in the process of finishing the body and paint. I think I'm going to use some of the new tech in building the engine, I'm installing an ati supercharger, most likely the p-1sc, which should give me about 745-800hp with my set up. Thanks for listening and if I can help anyone with anything just let me know.
