Default Hello, new member here

Hi all. I use to belong to LS1.com, but it would appear that that site is now down. I own a 2001 Trans Am WS6 w/ the following mods:
Z06 cam/ springs
SLP Pulley (Don't buy, it's a P.O.S.)
Lid
Thunderracing Catback Exhaust
Unknown aftermarket shifter
BF DR's

So far the best I could do at the track was the following time:

R/T .713
60' 2.209
330' 5.930
1/8 8.866 @ 83.55
1000' 11.404
1/4 13.529 @ 106.17

Speedway, CA (1290 ft. elevation)

I usually do better R/T wise, but not on that run. I still need to learn how to pop the clutch to improve my 60' times, as the DR's should've gotten me out of the hole better (Note that there was minimal, if any, wheelspin). I plan on getting the cam tuned in, and raising the rev limiter, as for some strange reason it kicks in at 5800 rpms at times.

Well anyways, I plan on keeping this car, despite missing the traction benefits of my former Evo. Please let me know any new methods of launchind a car hard if you know how to get your car outta the hole. Thanks

Actually... need me traction. Gotta control the power I have now... not make the situation worse.

As i am sure you already know, that is a terrible et with that speed. You need to lower your 60 i am sure

Yes, I am well aware of my 60' times. I should've bought an automatic, takes all the guess work out of it.
