n00b Hey everyone, just thought I'd introduce myself.
I was referred here by the guys over at the 67-72chevytrucks.com forum (17k member community) and the guy I just bought my new drivetrain from.
I recently picked up an LS1/T56 combo for my '68 C-10 stepside. Looking forward to posting progress here and getting some help along the way. Pics are below of the start of my project.
Can anyone tell me who to talk to about a name change? I sent a PM to the person I thought was admin for the newbies, but didn't get a response. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't breaking a rule or anything.

For a name change just post a "name change" thread in the user resources forum. 
Hey man, nice truck! The third forum down "user support and resources" is where you want to post your name change request. You'll also want to check out "conversions and hybrids" to help with your swap. Good luck!
man thats gonna be a sweet truck when you get it done! I got a 65 C10 thats in peices right now, so your truck is a kick in the butt to get started on it again! Great truck and hope you find all the info on this site, got alot of knowledge here!
