Another NewB To LS1 Land!
Another NewB To LS1 Land! I guess I should do a small intro here, my name is Bill and I live in a little town called Kendall in SW Ks. Never played with an LS1 based anything yet but that starts next week as I just bought a 00 Z28 M6 car thats lite hit up front and I just dont know yet whether to fix it and keep it, sell it as is, or part it out and put the motor and trans in one of my other never finished projects laying around here. Ive done numerous TPI swaps and about 6 LT1 swaps now into various different cars so the temptation to rip apart the Z and "improve" one of my 69 Elkys or the 87 442 is strong but I guess that will all wait until I get the Z "home" here next week. Anyway, just saying "Hi!" and I wont be too bad of a PITA to everyone! LOL! Bill 
Havent driven it yet myself, my friend in Albq that picked it up says it drives fine and straight. It didnt even hurt the radiator or A/C condenser, it just very lightly laid the top of the support back and hurt the end of the lower pass side rail ahead of the support. I get a front clip with it so its not a big job but it did pop the airbags so Im gonna have to deal with them if I fix it. Im gonna go get it Monday so it will be home here Tuesday. All Ive got of it so far is about 4 crappy pics taken with a cell phone but the price was right so it was a "no brainer!" LOL! Bill
