I'm the proud owner of a white '98 Trans Am I bought 2 months ago. I've owned a few fast muscle cars in my time and currently also have a '67 Formula S 383 Barracuda. I feel like I've entered the modern age though with this latest aquisition :-) I really love the low flying jet feeling you get driving these cars. There aren't a lot of T/A's around here - particularly not one's with WS6 hoods (or WS6's). There are a lot of F-body Camaros though. I think the T/A's really stand out for that reason because I seem to get a lot of jaw droppin looks in the car lol. Sometimes I think that my T/A must be the craziest thing people at bustops have ever seen ;-) One guy even stopped dead in his tracks as he was walking down the sidewalk and did the jaw drop stare as I passed - saw him in the rear view still gapin haha - I really think he may have never seen one of these cars before!
My brother also has an F-Body - a supercharged pewter Firebird. Being in his car and seeing it all the time and driving it on occasion sealed the deal and I had to follow along and get one for myself.
I've been researching on here for a good 4 months or more - reading all the stickies of course and getting with the program. This is a great site with some great peeps and I look forward to contributing where I can and learning more about my new addiction :-)
