BlueFlyingGoat checking in... Here's my ride...trying the LS1 now that the LT1 is in GREAT shape...
Pigs don't fly...but goats do!
Short list of mods so far
Engine: Speed Inc. CAI ~ Silver ceramic-coated JBAs ~ Speed Inc. tune
Drivetrain: Harrop shifter ~ Urethane subframe bushings ~ Diff Technics 3.91 diff with a Kaaz LSD ~ Harrop diff cover
Cosmetics and nice stuff: SAP Grilles, Sub-gain mod, Chris White IP mods
Brakes, wheels and tires: MM EV-S, Avon M550s, Powerslots, Hawk HPS+
Other than that, it's stock.
Came over hear after tapping the ls1gto.com site thoroughly...looks like a good site so far!
So, anyone near Peoria?
Next mod will be something in the engine room...so here I am. I usually do my own wrenching, then have a pro do the final tuning (that, and I don't have a dyno in my garage!). Speed Inc. did an AWESOME job on the "bolt-ons only" setup I have now. Always looking for great tuners? these guys did a GREAT job!

welcome ,am a big GTO fan, had 3 -66 goats and a 69. wish i had them know but have progressed to trans ams.had a 95 , 97 ws6, 98ws6,and here is my new ride.a 99 30th anniv. 19k all original,

Many thanks! I do wish they were lighter like the F-bodies, but the extra weight does make them stiffer and quieter, so that's a plus. All I need to do is find enough mods to offset the weight....and I'm sure I'll find PLENTY of ideas here!
