Howdy

I'm new. I have a 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder and a 1987 Mazda RX7 Turbo. Looking into getting a 98+ Camaro/Trans Am, so I signed up to look around. Love the site

Well, we know that once you get your hands on an LS1, you won't wanna drive your rotary eng. anymore. Not doggin on the rotary, the concept is fantastic. However, once you get used to driving 8 Detroit cylinders, its hard to go back. I've had over 15 cars/trucks, (not to mention 6 Harleys), but my Cammy is by-far my favorite!!!! The Mazda's etc.. are fun, but the posibilities with a V-8 LS1 are nearly endless. Plus the F-body was made to kick ***, sure its a lot heavier than you are used to. But after a while, all that weight will be comforting because you'll find out that you need it. I'm up to about 425 bph, plus another 125bph with the Giggle Juice. So when I lay down on that pedal w/ 550+ horses, I want something substantial under me. Plus my 550bph is nothing compared to what some of the folks here have done. You could easily get 900 horses and not feel like ya got too much engine and not enough car. Enjoy!!!!

I'm sure once I get an LS1, I'll love it. But my heart will always stay true to the rotary. Especially once I get my drag car built...7 seconds, here i come
