Hey Jenny, welcome! LTs are probably a the best bolt on, you wouldn't necessarily have to get stainless since you're in TX, so that would make them a bit less expensive, especially if you're going to do them yourself. A decent cat-back or a cutout would be good too.
There are also some other mods that don't necessarily give you more power, but make your car quicker or more fun to drive, like 4.10s, which work great with the M6, and also things like aftermarket shifters and sticks. I got the Pro 5.0 and the Lou's Short Stick right away, they're relatively cheap and make a huge difference. Highly recommended.
