Hey all! I've been around for a little while...you've probably seen me in the LS1-LS6 internal engine, or watching the classifieds.
I don't own an F-body or a C5...I own a Mazda RX-7. It's an 88 10th Anniversary Edition, one of 1500 made. It's in really good condition. I will be putting an LS1 with a t-56 in it. I'm going to be doing it in 4 stages....
Stage 1: Buy and prep car *Complete*
Stage 2: Buy wiring harness, cooling system, fuel system, and mounting system *In progress*
Stage 3: Buy and build up motor
Stage 4: Drop in motor, wire up, take a spin around town.
I'm aiming for it to be done before August, but I recently lost my job so that will put a major hamper on things. Here are some pics of it...
Note the license plate surround...which I will be keeping when the swap is complete.
