01 WS6 Driver signing it :) Hey everyone,
I bought my Red 01 WS6 M6 about a month ago. I'm a veteran member of the CamaroZ28.com board (As my previous car was a 94 Z28).
Came here to talk with a bigger crowd of LS1 enthusiasts.
... And after owning both now, I can say: LS1 > LT1
lol sorry didn't mean to start a war, but I love the LS1 more than I would have ever imagined.
Anyone have any sites where I can go to learn the intricacies of my 01 WS6? Ex, what EXACTLY is in the WS6 package, stock rear end gear ratio, LS6 intake?, how many speakers are in the car?
I want to get as much knowledge on the car as its a whole new world to me.

The WS6 package is the hood, the lower airbox, and the 17" wheels and tires, there was more to it , but GM decontented it due the anticipated discontinuation of the F body
In the WS6 the stock axle ratio is 3.23 for the autos, and 3.42 for the manual, for the non WS6 a 2.73 ratio was available on the auto cars
LS6 intake was standard on the 01 and 02 LS1s
Speakers, I count 8
2 in each door,
1 in each sail panel,
and 1 on each side of the hatch area
