New from So. Cal. Greetings All! I've enjoyed this site for the past few years but haven't
joined until now. Back in November when gas hit $3.00 I got rid of my
daily driver, a 98 Formula hardtop m6. I got an economy car for my daily
driver to and from work but I missed the power of the LS1 too much.
So I went on a quest for a car I could use everyday on the local freeways,
not a garage queen. I found a 1 owner 2001 Pewter Z28, hardtop, m6, leather,
12 disc CD stacker. A little on the high side for miles (73K) but new brakes
and almost new tires. The car is in overall good shape with the best part
being the interior...it looks virtually like new.
After the usual back and forth I got the car for $11,500.
Anyway I just wanted to say hi to all and thanks to this site for all the
useful information! I never did anything more than the skip shift eliminator
to my last car but this one will be getting more, (at least a lid too!)
