Looking for advise with mods hi my names spencer and i bought my T/A in june. She is completly stock as of right now, will change soon. I'm 18 and would have got started sooner but it took all my money to pay cash for her. My plan right now is to put a lid and catback exhaust system, still researching. The reason im only doing catback right now is becaues i plan on buying the big box of goodies offered by HPE sometime around December. I found a different air filter on adv. auto parts and was wondering how much better it was than just a lid and K&N air filter. if anybody has any advise for the mods it would be appreciated.

I don't think you'll notice much of a gain from the K&N FIPK compared to a Lid with a K&N filter.
However, if your car is a WS6 or if you buy a Ram Air hood, an intake kit can make a nice difference. Basically you just knock out the 2 rear baffles in the hood air intlets, and fresh air will be ducted straight to the filter. If you want to go with that setup though, I'd recommend the Volant air intake system, since it has an airbox that seals against the hood. Heres a link to the Volant system:
