More info on my plans that I posted elsewhere:
Finally I believe I'm going to pursue a custom widebody that is:
-Subtle (not flashy)
-Aggressive
-Stays true to the design of the 3 series
-Allows for 305-325's in the rear and 265's or so in front (325's is what the new Z06 has in rear stock)
-Does not increase drag much
-Does not look more oldschool or newschool than the e36
This will include sideskirts that will allow for the subtle exhaust ends for the louder exhaust in front of the rear wheels (ala roush mustang), a front bumper that has yet to be designed, and a rear bumper that allows two single oval exhaust tips on either side of the rear (for the quieter exhaust).
The reason I'm going custom is that I simply cannot find a sedan widebody that doesn't make me sad. I will be sticking with arctic silver all the way.

I've got some unique ideas, too.
I'm going to have two exhaust systems. One very aggressive, very bawlzy one that actually exits out the side of the car (in a subtle, not too flashy way, in front of the rear tires) and one that splits into two oval tips coming out on opposite sides of the back of the rear bumper that is as quiet as possible.
I will be using the electronic cutout-style technology to essentially toggle between the two on demand.
Imagine rolling up to a stoplight against some ricer - I rev a little (quietly), he revs loudly with his obnoxious fart can exhaust, I press a button and rev it all the way up, letting the V8 beast roar deafeningly... and watch as the driver next to me looks for napkins to soak up the pee on his new racing seats.

Other things I plan to do with the LS6 swap:
Suspension update (refresh bushings etc)
Up the springrates (have 375/450, want 450/500)
New Wheels/Tires (gotta handle the power)
BBK (Stoptech, most likely)
Sound Deadening (Making the noise tolerable even with the louder exhaust going)
Corbeau CR1 seats and Schroth Harnesses (must keep rear seats functional)
Gauges (a plethora of information readouts)
e92 M3 or Z4M Coupe steering wheel
etc.
