I have a 2000 SS with a T-56. It has a vibration when in neutral between 1200-1500 RPM . It is ok below or above that RPM range. I have done some research and no one can tell me if this is an internal or external balance engine. Are there flywheel weights from the factory that can be transfered to a new flywheel? Any help

 

i have the same problem and no one can tell me what it is either. im hoping its not internal and just a harmmonic balancer or something
