I have been reading up on this site and it is insane how much I have already learned about this car so I figured I would introduce myself before I start posting in threads.

I picked up this 99 A4 Z28 convertible a month ago for $2500.
The seller was a customer of mine and long story short I offered him a ridiculous $2500 for it since he stated he didnt want the car anymore.
He told me before the offer that it had electrical problems and wouldnt start, well I know quite a bit about cars and really didnt care especially for the $2500 I was about to offer him. After I made the offer he asked if I was sure I wanted to pay that much...lol

Well anyways I went to check the car out after finalizing the deal and I went to replace the battery since you could hear it just clicking and even with a jump it just wouldnt start, after replacing the battery it started right up and the elctrical problem he was talking about was a pinched wire in the rear tail lamp causing a fuse to pop.

I got it with 62,000 miles on it and now its about 65,000.
I am having so much fun with this car and for the price I paid I figured if I ever get tired of I can resell it for more than I paid.

Since these pics were taken I have purchased a set of center wheel caps, SLP lid, full tune up and fluid change, I will snap some more pics after I have something to brag about on the car.

I should have been, honestly when he accepted the offer I thought it wasnt his car so I had to see the clear title with his name.
