New from Kansas Hello all,
Glad to be a new member to your community here. I'm Mike and I live near Wichita, Kansas. Just wanted to introduce myself.
I've got a 2002 Z28 that I've just started modifying. I did a full dyno tune yesterday on a Mustang dyno down here with a custom OS tune. It made 301rwhp and 340.9 lb/ft torque at the wheels. Ran a 13 flat on street tires and a full tank of pump gas.
As for my plans for it -- I've got an Eagle 383 stroker kit on the way, an NX 100 shot of spray, a set of long tubes, a new cam, and a couple other small things.
If you're in the Wichita area, let me know! I'd like to get a group of us together sometime.

Been down that way a few times. A LOT of ricers though, so I haven't gone in a while. Last time there was a '95 Z28 and an '02 WS6, but that was it. I'd like to try and find more of the F-Body community in the area to get together!

Another one in Wichita, KS. As much as I hated that place for some reason I miss it too. They are out there, those two sites above will definitly help you get started finding more of them like Matt

Dyno'd the car down in Hennessey, Oklahoma (south of Enid / north of OKC).
As for the meet, I talked to a couple people last night and we might have a tentative date of the 25th or 26th of this month (Friday/Saturday), whichever works best for those interested. I was just trying to think of a good meeting place. If we want to just do a cruise, thats one thing. But if we want to grab dinner first, that might be a little different. Lets hear some ideas and feedback on those possible dates!

I might be around. Several track days from now to then so most likley I will be broke again lol. But if anyone is out tonight usually some of the WR guys are at Takoma burger on West street around 8pm and probably some racing.
Hey mike I talked to my buddies how about we all meet at the East Mall (The ones that are familer with Wichita at around 5:00 and then go get some dinner and then the ones who like to street race lets go beat up on some ricers. Saturday the 26th sounds good to me. Towne East is a good meeting place. There's usually an '05 GTO and '02 WS6 that sit in the parking lot there.. owned by a couple. They have their names on the doors. Kinda neat. Black on red.. beautiful cars. Maybe we can catch up with them at some point.
