I cant decide!?!

Hey,
I have a 99 Trans Am 6 speed with a super chip in it. And Well I cant decide what to do next. Should I get the Suncoast Raptor Ram Air hood put on or should I get the Kooks Custom Headers done to it!? I need some help on what I should do.

Headers if your looking for some actual gains in performance a hood looks nice but does really nothing but up to you on appearance vs sound and performance... Id also like to know what the super chip is and does
