Newb from FL Hey, guys found this place through fullsizechevy.com where I'm at alot because I am a Chevy truck guy, I own a 1997 K1500 Z71, a 98 C1500 and a 97 Hoe... lol
So I've been in love with LS series engines since I was 15 or whatever. And was planning on buying a 98 C5... Until this guy I know decided to sell his 2001 Camaro Z28 VERY CHEAP. So here are the specs
01 Z28
Loaded, monsoon, leather everything, steering wheel audio controls, T-tops, very clean.
I belive their manaflow long tubes, with 3" piping going into a y pipe out the back of a magnaflow muffler, no cats, very loud lol
I belive its a 3000-3500 varible stall ( need to go get the box)
New built tranny, less than 2000K on it, shift kit, billet servos, snaps your neck lol, heavy duty external cooler and 3:73 rear gears.
Sittin on falken ZR rated 275's.
He claims it should run mid/high 12's. All I know is its fast fast fast and I love it.
Its got a couple bugs I need to address I'm getting these codes

Since the secondary air pump one came up she runs very rough at start up and sometimes dies, only if its cold though. I am not sure where the thing is at and if they took it off when they did the pipes.
Also he claims this was a glitch from a previous owner putting too many PCM adjustments but the transmission shifts into overdrive then kicks back down and then back into overdrive... So he said it needes reflashed at the dealer..
