Talking Missing my Fbody LS1

Hows it going to all!!! I am proud to finally be a member of LS1tech....also find me on LS1.com!! A little story about myself and my car; My name is Jon and I am from grand haven, Michigan....Coast Guard City, USA!!! I own a 99 Camaro Z28 LS1/T56, a 99 Chevy S10 extreme modded, and a 98 Isuzu Hombre, exactly the same as an s10!!! The story on my camaro is this....last winter, I took the car out for a spin during a string of good weather that we had to get the fluids flowing and the motor working a bit. When I did this, I called the insurance company ahead of time in order to put full coverage insurance back on the car as it was on storage at the time. After I had made the proper calls, I uncovered my car, turned the key, let her warm up, shifted into first, and off I went. Took the car somewhere that I was intending on going and left it parked for a few hours. After I was done with my rendezvous, I proceeded to head back home. I decided to take the camaro out onto the open highway and let it lose a bit. Doing 70 mph on the highway, I had a front right tire go down....the sidewall just blew and the tire seperated from the rim sending my car into a tailspin. I slammed into a guardrail not much slower than 65 mph with the rear passenger quarter and then the car spun back around and hit the front passenger side. Though the accident seemed bad it didnt appear to be as bad as i thought it would be. Unfortunately for me, I was not wearing a seatbelt...the enthusiasm i had to drive my car clouded my perception of right and wrong lol....i ended up crawling out of the car with some minor injuries. Luckily it wasnt too severe considering the lack of seatbelt. Anyway, after the accident I called 911 and had an officer sent out to my vehicle. After that call, I made another to my insurance company. The next day I recieved a call from the claims department stating that my policy was never switched over to full coverage from storage the previous afternoon. So....basically I am a victim of human error. Because someone dropped the ball at the insurance office, I am sitting on a 99 camaro that I can do nothing with! So....it has been my motivation and determination that has driven me to subscribe to these websites in order to get in touch with the Fbody community and to absorb as much knowledge and information I can to get my car back on the road. My original prognosis was good. The rear quarter panel was badly damaged but my uncle who is an auto body repair technician said he could have the rear panel pulled back out in no time. The front end mostly considered of plastic, hood, and light damage. At 65 mph...i was really impressed with how well the car had held up. However, to my dismay, just one week ago, i finally got the car into my shop and up in the air to begin inspection and tear down to find that the rear passenger side subframe had been crushed, rear of the axle. It was not bent or slid over...it was crushed. Now I am looking at replacing an entire quarter section....which you all know is neither cheap nor easy. So...I am finding myself looking for a 99-01 camaro Z28 or SS roller that someone may have for sale. Any other suggestions would be great. Also...I am going to be selling my car as is or will be parting it out, minus the drivetrain. So if anyone is looking to purchase a 98 camaro Z28 with minor front damage but is willing to replace a rear section or is looking for something to use as a dragster...this is your car!!! I dont know what I could get for a vehicle in this shape minus the drivetrain, but I am looking to get somewhere in the neighborhood of 2000-3000. Of course I will be accepting and considering any offers. i would like to get pictures up of the car...but if anyone is interested feel free to email me at J4moflo@aol.com and i will be glad to send you some pictures and info. Thanks a lot for letting me be a part of your community!! Information and help is greatly appreciated!!! Please help me get my baby back!!! Thanks!
