I've done a few searches and learned a lot! What i got cookin is an '88 IROC i'm planning on putting a stroked LS2/t-56 combo in. I guess my plans for it right now are l92 heads, l76 intake, forged internals. That's probably in cement. I'm no mechanic by any means, but i have some good mechanical know-how. ( i changed a front wheel tranny when i was 15) I like to learn by doing stuff. Anyways i haven't bought anything yet so i have a few questions.....
What mistakes should i avoid? Any certain important things i should know about LS2 before i buy one? I think i might try to get a pull out from a 05-06 gto. I am in eastern SD, so are there any good LS speed shops in the midwest that can help with the build/tuning? I am only like 4hrs from the twin cities. Anyways thanks!
