Making a switch from Ford to GM So im in the process of selling my 2000 mustang GT, and came to the conclusion that I want a LS1 Trans am. My question is what could i find for about 13k and what kind of troubles have you guys had with yours?
get a 99-02, look for esp. 01's and 02's so you get the LS6 intake. (correct me if it is the 2000's too)
with 13K you should have a quite a bit of options, but not too many. search around for a nice car with some decently low mileage. if you go for a car you just really want you'll pay more, but if you wait a month for a good deal you could prolly get off with payin 10k-12k for a nice T/A and savin the rest for some mods.
if your lookin for something stock like i was then look on autotrader a little more. when i was looking on here and CamaroZ28 I could mostly find modded cars, I found my exact dream car on autotrader and had to overpay a little but it had low miles and an extra set of ZR1's came with it so it was no but deal.
