hello everyone hey everyone and im not currently an ls1 owner but hopefully will be very soon, right now i have an ????? and im kinda done with the whole four cylinder turbo thing, is there anything that i should know before going out to get a ws6??? whats the average life span of these cars, pros and cons and what to look for when im going to look at one. all your info is greatly appreciated..

welcome. you will find a lot of useful info here. iv heard of guys buying ls1's w/ over 100k miles and still running strong even w/ nitrous.there is nothing better than a ls based engin. the cars have a lot of pros but not too many con except for the weak rear end, weak pushrods, sparkplug change being a pita, window motors going out (im on my 2nd w/ 35k) headlight motors going out (on my 2nd as well) . BUT dont let this discourage you. i love my WS6. you"ll prolly eat most stock mustags whatever year they are. just my own experience and opinion. good luck
