newbie checking in
newbie checking in Hi all. I've been lurking for awhile and after a week of trying I was finally able to activate an account. I just recently got back into the f-body scene after a 12 yr hiatus. I'm currently on a 1 yr det to Iraq and purchased a 97 WS6 while I was home on R&R last month. The car has 44K miles (17K on the motor) and most of your normal bolt ons, plus a few other internal mods(30 over, hot cam, rollers, ported heads, intake, etc.). Currently at 360rwhp. My goal is to get to 400. I've already picked up quite a bit of information from the site and hopefully I can contribute a little in the future. I don't have any really good pics with me, but this one will kind of give you the idea. I can't wait to get home and actually be able to drive and wrench on it. Only a few more months.
