Hey! I am proud to be a new owner of a 1999 C5 FRC 
I'm thankful to have such a great website at my hands, LS1tech.
The car is bone stock.
I'm just wondering if I can make 480whp on pump gas without nitrous. (Just cam, heads, bolt ons on the stock shortblock).
Is this possible?
I'm not asking for a mod list. I'm assuming a 23x/24x cam with ls6 heads and well flowing bolt ons can do the trick. The reason why I ask is because I need to know if I should save up for a 408 or if I can simply achieve this number, 480whp, on the stock ls1 shortblock. I plan to eventually use a 150 shot to keep up with those supra's
The car will be driven to work and school a few times a week so I hope this number can be achieved with some "daily - drive - ability."
