New 03 Terminator

Yea, I kinda miss it. I got my wife a 300C SRT8 and I am waiting for C6 Z06's to get to $55K.
They are close too.

Man I love all the cars these days. I had a 99 LS1, 2003 KB Cobra, 300C SRT8 and SOON a C6 Z. We are so blessed to have this hobby.

...... I think that's it.
I believe he made 502 to the wheels.
The cam-only camaro he raced was on a stickier tire and had TONS of suspension work done. The car nearly lifted the front end off the ground when it launched. My buddy was on a bald Nitto. If I can find a vid of the race I'll post it.
Now that I think about it, I'm sure the cam-only car had a hidden kit too... bastards.
Yep, that would put you right at 500rwhp. He would need a serious tire for that power/tq and if he DID NOT have one, a well set up (chasis/traction as you mentioned ) cam car could burn him. No traction and 500 rwhp could still be only 118-119 traps, right in line with the cam only car. Id like to see the vid if you find it though, I love the scream of the ported eaton!

The DSM near the end he beats was actually faster than him... you conviently don't see the 2nd part of the race

Yeah the ported eaton sounded sick AT IDLE. I miss that car. Shortly after he had that he sold it for a 94 Cobra... vid: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...53729378740976
This car went 9s.
nice cobra!!
Both cars definitely have their good points. I miss my 4.10s. I was considering installing 4.10s in the Cobra, but most people say thats a bit much with the blown cars. Maybe a nice set of 3.90s would be sufficient. My WS6 with the 4.10s seemed a lot quicker from the line, but the Cobra would easily catch up once you hit 2nd.
I've found that once you hit about 3500rpm and dump it is when it really takes off! Of course, the police never think thats as cool as I do!

Nice choice.
I went through the same scenario looking for the right car. I test drove the STi and the EVO. Neither of them did it for me. I got sick of throwing thousands of dollars in mods at cars to make them fast. I wanted something fast from the factory. So I test drove an E46 M3 and C5 ZO6. Both were nice cars, but I fell in love with my 05 CTS-V. I never got the chance to test drive a Terminator. I wish I had.
I'm sure nobody here really cares about the Evo, but I made a mistake. The Evo X comes standard with a 5-speed, but it does, in fact, have a paddle-shift option. It's a twin-clutch six-speed paddle-shift hoopajoop, possibly similar to what the new GT-R is going to have.
If you have good credit and your insurance isn't through the roof, they are actually pretty affordable. I am only paying about $30 a month more than I was paying for my WS6, and thats with all the extras...pay-off and gap insurance form the bank! If I had opted not to get any extras, I would only be paying about $19 more per month than the WS6. Of course, it helps being over 25 and married! lol) I'm sure nobody here really cares about the Evo, but I made a mistake. I stopped to make sure the driver was okay and to tell the police what I saw. They Lancer's rearend was crushed. The Ram was barely dented. It hit so hard that when I didn't see anyone moving in the Lancer, I was actually afraid they were dead.
