Another New KY guy. I just wanted to introduce myself. I've owned an 04 Vette Coupe since 04. It's a 24 hr lemans comm. ed MN6 with 7500 miles on it. I drive it strictly as a weekend toy. Unfortunately it can never be powerful/quick enough so I've already done some minor mods; CAI, Corsa indys, corsa x, 170 thermostat, a tune, and 4.10 gears for good measure. The only things on my agenda right now are some long tube headers and a mild cam. I like to tinker in the garage though I'm not a mechanic by any means. I do all of my service/mods because I don't really trust the local guys here. However I did have my 4.10s installed by RPM transmissions near indy(great guys).
I've spent a fair amount of time at another forum(corvette related), but those guys seem to be getting weirder and weirder. Irregardless I'm always open to new ideas and info. And I've heard good things about this place.
