Thats cool im a Ex technician specialized in Vw and audi performance.But i have always been a mustang man.ive owned 12 of them.I got tired of turning wrenches and wanted to stay in the automotive field so im doing my dream job helping spread my knowledge to others.

Yeah I know what you mean. I got into this career field because I actually use to like working on cars. Now it just becomes a pain in the butt, and I don't want to work on my camaro as much as I use to. I'm sure you know what I mean being a previous professional that if I could do it again, I wouldn't be a technicain. Although it does have it's advantages. I can get stuff done in half the time and cuss words as most people just because I have the special tool, or know the short cut.

Well you've got a point the side work is definatly nice, but you don't always have side work to do. I like what I do, but it's wearing on me. If I could get in on a professional drag team as a mechanic I would be a lot happier. Working for a dealership can ruin your passion.

Sorry to bring this back up, but I saw a bunch of posts from you about PAF stuff and wanted to say welcome to the site...
I have talked to Tyson many times over the years and he did my subframes, I was the 2nd one to get his lightweight ones, and the first to take pics of them...
He is a good guy and it must be interesting to work for him, even though your a ford guy...
