Rippin me off!!! I want to know if you guy's have heard of a guy with a tech buisiness in N.Y..

The guy's name is Jeff Robert and he does business as Auto computer technologies. out of New York, he does business on E-bay for harnesses. It has been over 90 days since I sent him my harness and ECM and I paid him up front. Any one know thihs guy? I have been patient till now.. Any info would be appreciated.
