Just when I thought the dumbassary had cleared out of this thread, it's come back stronger than ever.

I can't think of a single post in this thread were the OP was "being an *******". He's actually been very nice about asking people to just stop posting if all they plan to do is cause trouble.

I'm getting sick of this thread, and the childish responses like the one I've quoted above. If it continues, this thread is over.

You have no idea what you are talking about and you are exactly the kind of guy who needs to read more and post less on this forum. FYI, look up what kind of "blower, cam, heads, exhaust and supporting mods" it takes to run 10.0-50's @ 130-135 with an blower swap F-body. I have seen only 11's @ 125 ( and MUCH slower) with Procharged LSX's. Modulars are a wonderfull platform and had I not acted so fast on selling my Cobra, I would NOT have this C6. DO you have any clue what its gonna take to run 10.30's @133 (my old Cobra) with this C6 without a ton of nitrous? Youre cluless, easier said than done as are most things on the internet.

BTW, you dont even have a Blower, Cobra OR LSX. What can you possibly bring to this conversation? Stick to Vortec talk.

I am shocked!!! There are some sad posts in this thread. The '03-'04 Cobras are amazing vehicles. They are not cheap, because they have held their value very well over the years. I didn't have my Mystic long enough to dig deep into the car, but 500 rwhp for about $1200 is just plain nuts!!!! I could NEVER do that with my F-bodies. And don't say a 150-200 shot on a stock F-body.

I have a lot of respect for these Cobras!

Oh yeah, I made a good chunk of change when I sold my Mystic.

Sorry but I think my engine knowledge compares with or excedes units.. this is my 2nd screen name, other one was getting close to 2k posts. I got tired of the attention from trying to help people.

If you think all I have is 400rwhp, then bring it on.. we can set up a money race. Even if you had 450rwhp, and all I had was 400rwhp, I'd walk that fat pig you call a car all the way down the 1320. I'm rebuilding so I don't mind spraying the rods out of it in a month or two once the weather starts dropping.

If you want more help, go to a ford site and quit with all this political correct crap. Waaahhh respect cars waaah they're all fast waaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!

And if you do want to shut me up, you better do it this year, because this winter the 408 goes in, with even more spray, and you would need binoculars to see my liscence plate.

You're one of the dumbest people I've ever seen post here. Claiming a blown LS is capping out at 11's @ 125? I guess you've never seen one of the many D1-SC's at bottom 10's and 9's? Hell, one of the former mods here was at 9.doh stock cubes and a D1! EPP is bottom 9's with an F1..

...and trapping 130 in a C6 is going to take bolt-ons, a stall, slicks, heads/cam/intake, and juice. If you can't sneak into the 10's with a bolt-on LS1 pushing a 150 shot, then something is wrong with the way you build cars. Put a top end package on it, and bottom 10's, high 9's are reachable.

At least that's how it is around chicago.

I have owned two ws6's prior to this cobra. the first was cam only, and made 375whp through a 6 speed, i sold it because i was bored with it, the second was an auto STOCK with a 100shot, i traded it in because ive always liked cobras. to all you chevy nut swingers that have to hate on anything that isnt LSX powered, please stop being so biast and ignorant. i understand this is an ls1 website, and im aware of the fact that alot of people here would rather have their ls1 car, but i wasn't starting ANY type of bitch fight. to each their own. and to whoever called me an *******, please find one instance of me presenting myself;f in this manner. pm me if you have issues with the way i post, stop clogging up ls1tech with your bitchery.

Just because I dont have a Blower, Cobra or Lsx doesnt mean that I dont know anything about these or cars in general. Im sorry that Im only a college student and not a 38 year old with a vette. I would rather build it myself than buy it. And BTW, my NA engine has more HP than a stock Cobra, so I dont need a damn blower.

You keep saying wait for the bigger whipple. What happens when you put a whipple on an fbody and push the same boost? It is a nice car, but y does ford have to blow their cars to keep up with older chevy cars?

I've had a close relative attempt suicide multiple times, but you need to learn not to be bothered by one little internet comment so much. I'm sure you've posted something that someone took the wrong way at some point. It's the ******* internet, if it gets to you that deeply, get a thicker skin or stay off-line.
