Hello from Upstate NY..
Hey guys, just bought a 2001 z28 a few months back. Haven't been able to stop putting miles on it since. It came with 63,000 on it, and only one previous owner who had bought it new. I figured I would put some money into it this winter and make a nice hobby out of it, make some good friends along the way.. This seemed like a nice place to start.
Excuse the crappy camera phone image, thats all I have with me right now.

Hey thanks everyone
First, I am from Rochester. I was born down and Honeoye. Just moved up to the city recently.
Second, It came with a magnaflow catback, other than that its stock, for now. It is an automatic. I took it to the track over the weekend. It was my first time and as a result my 60 foot was horrible, which lead to a 13.8 at 103 with a 2.19 60 as my best time. I'm pleased though, I'm sure as I learn to drive it that will improve. Still fast enough to beat my friends Audi s4 (14.2).
Yeah, I used to have an 89 rs with a 305 I drove that thing around Honeoye lake on a pretty regular basis. Absolutely nothing could beat driving those curvy roads with the tops off with that beautiful sound of a V8. Once I moved up here I knew I wanted something with t-tops again so thats what I used to start my search, found this and lucked my way into it 2 days before I actually needed it for my new job.

Welcome to the F body world. I also will be back at Fort Drum in 15 or so months God willing. Pretty much goes for anyone in the area...once I get back if you need any help wit your F body do let me know. I worked at ProCharger, was a GM dealer tech, have done a good bit of PCM tuning, and am a total torque junkie. I have 3 vehicles so far in my company to tune with HP Tuners when I get back.
