New Firehawk owner here!!!
New Firehawk owner here!!! Hello there. Just got back into the f-body scene (used to have a 95 Trans-Am m6 and loved it) with a 2001 T/A Firehawk A4. So far i'm super impressed with the ls1. It has been about six years since owning my old 95 and after getting rid of it in 02 i've been griping and missing it ever since. So now, enter the HAWK!!! I'm so happy to be back in f-body and at first I thought i'd regret the A4. But NOPE, not a bit. I'm only a little frustrated with one aspect of the car, and that is the monsoon head unit which doesn't seem to play cd's (e20 code). I have been to a few places around here to get an after market one put in but a lot of them seem to think they will have to bypass the whole monsoon system (amp and speakers). I know this to be bs as i've heard of countless others who have done this without a bypass. Just have to find someone who is willing AND capable I guess lol. Glad to be a new member here. I so far feel right at home.
