Hello All My handle says the main idea. I have a 470hp supra and I'm looking to build one powered by a 6.0 with a 4L80. I have a core already on hand I got cheap than needs a rebuild and have some questions to ask here and there, but first I have to run them through the search function to prevent retardedness. I am not looking for monster power but I am hoping for 400hp and a relatively simple setup, hence the carb. It's going to be a weekend car anyway.
The current setup idea is:
LQ4 6.0
Mahle LS2 pistons
Scat I-beam rods
new crank- (trying to sort this out now)
GMPP hotcam kit
MSD ignition system/coils
Holley double pumper on a Victor Jr.
4L80 with vacuum modulator from transgo
If anyone has any advice or any ideas I'm open for suggestions. The L92 idea has crossed my mind before as well
