hey everyone hey guys and gals i just wanted to introduce myself since im new to the system. My names bill im from PA and my track of choice is numedia. I have lots of friends with nice cars but since im a college student i dont quite have the money yet but upon graduation i have my own idea. Now for my question. I think i want to buy and 98' or newer camaro or trans am and drop a crate engine in it. im thinkin the ls7 as of right now, but if you guys could help me out and give me some ideas on what you would think would be a good match you can let me know and id be very happy. My best friend just got finished with his camaro and i know it took alot of work and money to just get him into the low 11's so if you guys can get back to me it be great, thanks

Good to see you on here, now buy a TA! I wish my car ran low 11s, I'm just hoping to sneak by with an 11.90.

I know John(PamperedZ) that works sometimes at Numidia. Sounds like a nice track, hopefully I can get out there next season.
11's are not terribly difficult with an LS1 F-body. An expensive crate motor won't be necessary, just bolt ons and a good head and cam combo should be plenty to get the job done.
