You promised the car would pass smog after installation of the Y-pipe included in the sale, that this was the only thing keeping it from passing smog. The Y-pipe had to be modified to work due to some hack job exhaust you had done and won't pass smog since the cat isn't in the original location, as well as no smog pump, egr system blocked and with a broken pipe, as well as no PCV system. Your "custom true duals" were just cats with no exhaust hooked up.

I now have a car that cannot be titled without significant investment which leaves me with no other option than to part it out and send it to junk yard for scrap.
