I separated a rotating assembly to help this guy out. He sent me a payment and when I went to ship it , the shipping costs were 40 more than what he had given me. I contacted him with no response for several hours so I refunded his money. He offered more but not enough to cover the full shipping amount and when I declined he said I was extorting him.

Seller agreed to a price including shipping, payment was sent within minutes.
Seller failed to secure shipping pricing before agreeing to price and backed once shipping cost was established. I offered to help cover the cost but seller was unwilling to work with me and returned my money without notifying me over the course of several hours because I was working and was unable to respond via text message.
