BSI Brakes???
BSI Brakes??? I'm sorry it has to get to the point that we have to make a post on the board. I always advise anyone to get in contact with the shop first before going to the message boards.
However, I have tried numerous times yesterday and today to get through to anyone regarding our order.
We placed an order for a 97-04 Hawk HPS + Rotor package last Tuesday. We were informed they are on backorder, but just to give BSI a c/c number and NOTHING would be charged until the order is ready to leave. They claimed they had 300 rotors that just needed to be cryo'd a few days and they'll leave.
Well, not more than a half hour we're off the phone and I see on my debit account $135 from BSI Brakes. I figured, ah I guess they needed a deposit so I left it alone and did not call back. Now I have been trying to get a hold of them the last two days because our rotor package was supposedly leaving this week and I have been waiting to release the car until the package had come.
So what's the deal? Like to know why my c/c was charged immediately and no one has contacted me since they took the unauthorized $135.00 from my debit account.
It is sad when one small business rips off another small business...
