I ordered a set of wheels from these guys and have recieved nothing but poor customer service for the past couple weeks. I have emailed and called them numerous times to get a conformation on the shipping of my wheels. They keep promising an email or call to tell me when they have shipped. I ordered the rears from Jegs and recived them in 2 days. Its been 2 weeks and these guys cant even say "hey here is the deal with your wheels." If I dont have them or any info on them by tomorrow, I will be asking for a refund so I can go ahead and get them from JEGS.

 

Justin, I am sorry you feel this way.

At the time your ordered we were currently out of stock on the wheels, You ordered off our website which would not tell you that information. Anyone that has spoken to me about ordering there Street Lites has been told it is about 2 weeks on the 17" and the 15" less time as i am just getting my order in from Billet Specialties as they were out of stock on them.

I am sorry we could not make your experience and Enjoyable one, but we do hope you enjoy the wheels as they are in route to you. As well as you will have an email this evening with your shipping info.

 

When I ordered them I was told that they would be shipped within 2 days. I was told nothing about them being on back order.
