I've had questions in the past about setting up my car, which would make it work best, etc. Sam took the time to answer all my questions and then some. Wasn't in a rush to get me off the phone. So and and so forth. Great guy to do business with and you can really tell a difference when speaking to a sales rep that was hired and trained and a guy that really knows his stuff and Sam REALLY knows his stuff. +1.
