After ordering some parts for my build about a month ago some were backordered and came later, the past week after I started the build I noticed that there was no underdrive pulley in there, I could have sworn that I ordered it but just to be sure I checked the invoice and sure enough I had. I was wanting to finish the car up this week so I called up Speed Inc. and talked to Bryan about my issue, in literally 15 seconds Bryan confirmed my shipping info and agreed to send a new pulley to me...in the past with some other companies this had been a less then pleasant experience but Bryan at Speed Inc. made it very seamless. I would like to thank Bryan and Speed Inc. for great customer service
