Speed Inc.'s customer service
Can't say I'm too happy... I was at my friend's shop and we ordered a set of Spohn solid motor mounts last week, and was told they were in stock and ready to ship. After finishing the order on the phone we weren't even given a total price, or a tracking number or confirmation or anything. Called again tomorrow to get a tracking number, and was told that they didn't have one yet, and they'd send it as soon as they got it from Spohn... Because the mounts were being drop shipped from Spohn
A few days later, still nothing. After hell was raised they finally arrived at my buddy's shop via free next day air a week later, which was a nice gesture... But still only shipped a week after they were ordered, and they would've taken even longer to get there if we'd done nothing. All after being told when they were initially ordered that they had the mounts in stock and ready to ship?
Appreciate the attempt to make it right, but I think I'll be ordering more stuff from other sponsors in the future
